2019 Fall Round Table Event Boston, MA

Thirty nine Information Technology leaders from AEC firms across the country met in Boston, MA Oct 17th & 18th to discuss current and future technology/business trends.

• Reg Prentice, Chris Pinckney and Deb Johnston from Tonic DM demonstrated the latest in their project file management solution, incorporating artificial intelligence.

• Ash Hewson and Nick Birch joined us from the UK to live demo their Serif Affinity graphic application suite and show future graphic technology developments.

• Mike Bourgeois, Jeff Clemente and Brendan Young provided us with an update on Deltek’s roadmap taking Vision to the Vantagepoint cloud and beyond.

• The group toured the Autodesk Boston Technology Center seeing the latest innovation and research development for architecture, engineering and construction.

• Marc Keating and Boyd Haller from Arctic Wolf provided a great security presentation, reviewing the latest in cyber-attack exposure, strategy and remediation.

• Zubin Talavia, Thaddeus Dlugolecki and Mike Fredrickson from Rubrik presented the latest in backup technologies, incorporating cloud protection for business continuity and disaster recovery.

• Members Dan Wilson, ZGF, for great case study on incorporating Windows Hello for Business and Jason Stefanski, Geo Engineer, for an overview of his search for a security monitoring solution.
